Liaoning launches provincial foreign-related legal service center

The provincial center for foreign-related legal services in Northeast China's Liaoning province was put into operation recently. Initiated by the Justice Department of Liaoning and the Liaoning Lawyers Association, the center adopts an online-offline operation model to provide enterprises and individuals with one-stop access to a full range of services.

The center pools high-quality foreign-related legal service resources. It is designed as a one-stop physical platform integrating multiple functions, including foreign-related legal consultations, litigation guidance, corporate compliance guidance, international commercial mediation, international commercial arbitration, foreign-related notarization, and foreign law ascertainment.

It also houses a provincial-level online platform for foreign-related legal services, offering online legal consultations, news and information, legal policies, case studies, and service guides related to foreign affairs.

In addition, a dedicated hotline for foreign-related legal services has been established to provide real-time responses to a wide range of legal inquiries. By integrating diverse platforms and professional resources, the center has systematically built an interconnected online-offline service delivery system for foreign-related legal services.

The center's launch will significantly enhance the pooling of foreign-related legal resources, streamline connections between enterprises and legal service providers, and deliver more accessible, professional, and efficient foreign-related legal services to enterprises and individuals engaged in international affairs.

This marks a significant step forward in the high-quality development of Liaoning's foreign-related legal services. Targeting the needs of an open economy, the center will empower Liaoning-based enterprises to navigate global markets effectively and provide solid rule-of-law safeguards for the province's high-level opening-up and all-round revitalization.
