This program is a concrete measure taken by China's MOJ to implement the guiding principles of the important remarks by President Xi Jinping on the SCO. By regularly organizing such legal training programs, China aims to further deepen exchanges and cooperation with SCO countries in law and judicial administration.

Centered on the theme of digital justice and crime prevention, the program featured lectures by officials from policy-making departments and renowned legal experts. It focused on publicizing Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law and showcasing China's achievements in advancing law-based governance on all fronts.

Through lectures, seminars, field visits and cultural activities, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of new measures and achievements in China's rule of law development in recent years. They also experienced Xinjiang's diverse and integrated culture as well as its stable and dynamic social development.
