Davletov said that technology creates huge opportunities for the lawyer profession, benefits international investment and trade, and facilitates the effective resolution of trade disputes.

He introduced the progress Uzbekistan has made in carrying out its legislative reform which promoted 450 Chinese enterprises to settle in the country last year in addition to a 35 percent increase in bilateral trade between the two countries.

He said the country will continue its reform by adopting digital technology in the legislation process and improving legislation on mediation in order to build a law-based society.
