General Office

The mission of the General Office is to conduct daily operations of the Ministry.

Political Department

The Political Department administrates the ideological and political work, and organization and personnel work of the Ministry and the judicial system.

Bureau of Rule of Law Research

​The Bureau of Rule of Law Research conducts surveys and research on the theory and practice of overall law-based governance, and proposes policy recommendations.

Bureau of Rule of Law Supervision

The Bureau of Rule of Law Supervision works out the annual supervision work plan for comprehensive rule of law, carries out major special inspections, and proposes inspection and accountability suggestions.

The First Bureau of Legislation

​The First Bureau of Legislation administrates the legislative work of political and cultural construction, and undertakes the drafting and review of the corresponding laws and administrative regulations, and the interpretation of administrative regulations and response to specific application issues.

The Second Bureau of Legislation

The Second Bureau of Legislation administrates the legislative work of economic construction, and undertakes the drafting and review of the corresponding laws and administrative regulations.

The Third Bureau of Legislation

​The Third Bureau of Legislation administrates the legislative work of the social construction, and undertakes the drafting and review of the corresponding laws and administrative regulations.

The Fourth Bureau of Legislation

The Fourth Bureau of Legislation administrates the legislative work of ecological progress construction, and undertakes the drafting and review of the corresponding laws and administrative regulations.

Bureau of Prison Administration

The mission of the Bureau of Prison Administration is to supervise and inspect the implementation of prison laws, regulations and policies.

​Bureau of Community Correction Administration

The mission of the Bureau of Community Correction Administration is to supervise and inspect the implementation of community correction laws, regulations and policies.

Bureau of Drug Rehabilitation Administration

​The Bureau of Drug Rehabilitation Administration supervises and inspects the implementation of laws, regulations and policies related to drug rehabilitation in the judicial system.
