The First Bureau of Legislation

The First Bureau of Legislation administrates the legislative work of political and cultural construction, and undertakes the drafting and review of the corresponding laws and administrative regulations, and the interpretation of administrative regulations and response to specific application issues. The bureau conducts post-legislation evaluation of related administrative regulations, clears up relevant administrative regulations and rules, and reviews the recording of relevant local laws and regulations. It also reviews the regulations and normative documents of the Ministry of Justice.
