The Ministry of Justice has published the first typical cases on public legal services for epidemic prevention and enterprises' work resumption amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

The ministry says that public legal service workers around the country have provided people in difficulties with effective legal aid, indebted and cash-strapped enterprises with helpful notary services and enterprises which have resumed their operation with needed nucleic acid testing since the outbreak of the pandemic.

Meanwhile, they also made the best of public legal service networks, physical facilities and hotlines to provide people and enterprises with efficient and accurate services.

The first cases involve such issues as legal aid for migrant workers, internet-based arbitration facilitating funding for SMEs, forensic services for the crackdown on illegal wildlife trading as well as nucleic acid testing services for government agencies and enterprises.
