China to enhance anti-drug education among juveniles

China will educate juveniles about the harm of new-type narcotics during a month-long nationwide anti-narcotics publicity campaign in June, said the China National Narcotics Control Commission in a recent circular. 

The circular discloses that new conferences and public events on the subject will be held around June 26, the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, in order to create an atmosphere for anti-drug education. 

It also calls for making full use of media platforms popular with youngsters to expose various new-type narcotics and their harm to individuals, families and the whole society.
