Northeast China's Jilin province has released a specific plan for implementing its outline for constructing a law-based government between 2021 and 2025.
The plan says that a solid legal foundation will be established for all government activities by 2025.
To this end, it lays out nine major tasks that are expected to be accomplished during this period, including the establishment and improvement of a function system for government agencies, an emergency response system and a technological support system.
The major tasks are, in turn, divided into 58 sub-tasks with specific authorities in charge of them.
