The judicial administration system of Southwest China's Sichuan province has taken multiple measures to integrate public legal services into the rural governance to provide strong legal support in advancing rural vitalization.

At present, the province has established 34,345 public legal service studios in villages and communities, over 7,000 legal counseling stations and more than 5,000 legal aid stations. On average, it has resolved over 360,000 disputes and conflicts annually, and offered 35,000 plus valid legal opinions to township Party committees and governments, and guided villages and communities in making more than 8,000 village regulations.

In recent years, Sichuan's construction of public legal service system has made great breakthroughs in the top-level design, according to the provincial judicial department. For example, the province's public legal service system was incorporated into the province's special development plan during the 14th Five-year Plan (2021-25) period. Public legal service facilities are available at the city, county, township, and village levels, and the province's 12348 public legal service hotline and website have been upgraded to provide public legal services around the clock, among others.

Sichuan's eighth five-year plan (2021-25) on the rule of law publicity and education was released at the end of last year, which clearly requires to expand law publicity in villages and communities.

A series of publicity activities on labor laws and regulations, telecom and online fraud prevention, and the Civil Code were widely carried out in the province's villages and communities. To date, over 56,000 publicity campaigns on the rule of law were organized in the province, covering over 6.5 million people.
