Notice of the Ministry of Justice on Soliciting Opinions on the Notice of the Ministry of Justice on Establishing the Registration System for the Establishment of Overseas Branches of Law Firms (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)

To facilitate the establishment of overseas branches of law firms and better support Chinese lawyers to provide foreign-related legal services, and according to the requirement of the Guideline on Developing the Foreign-Related Legal Service Industry formulated by the Ministry of Justice, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, the Ministry of Justice prepared the Notice on Establishing the Registration System for the Establishment of Overseas Branches of Law Firms (Draft for Soliciting Opinions). 

The draft is available for public comment on the ministry's website. Suggestions can be sent to flad@moj.gov.cn by May 6, 2019.
