Notice of the Ministry of Justice on Soliciting Public Opinions on the Rule for Notarization Procedures (Draft for Soliciting Opinions)

In order to reduce the number of licenses, provide people with better services, and implement the reforms to delegate power, streamline administration and optimize government services in notarization, the Rule for Notarization Procedures (Draft for Soliciting Opinions) has been published.

The public can visit the designated websites of the Ministry of Justice or follow the Ministry of Justice's WeChat official account to view the draft and its explanation. The draft is available for public comments in the following three ways before June 22, 2019:

1. Visit the websites of the Ministry of Justice at www.moj.gov.cn and www.chinalaw.gov.cn, or the website of Legal Services of China at www.12348.gov.cn, and input your comments at the "Legislative Comments Solicitation" on the homepage.

2. Send the comments by letter to: Bureau of Public Legal Services Administration, Ministry of Justice, No. 6 Chaoyangmen South Street, Chaoyang District, Beijing (Postal Code: 100020), indicating on the envelope the "Soliciting Opinions on Rule for Notarization Procedures".

3. Send the comments via email to gzcxgz2019@chinalaw.gov.cn.
