The Bureau of Public Legal Services Administration is responsible for planning and promoting the construction of public legal service systems and platforms. The bureau guides and supervises legal aid, judicial appraisal, notarization and arbitration; prepares and publicly announces the national judicial appraisal, notarization and arbitration roster, and guides social organizations and volunteers to carry out legal services.
