Bureau of Lawyers' Work

The Bureau of Lawyers' Work guides and supervises the work of lawyers. The bureau undertakes the examination of licensed lawyers; guides and supervises legal consulting of Party and government organizations, and enterprises and public institutions; and provides guidance for public lawyers, corporate lawyers and grassroots legal services. It is also responsible for the entrustment and management of Hong Kong and Macao lawyers as commissioned notaries.
