China solicits public opinions on arbitration commission registration

BEIJING — The Ministry of Justice on Sept 12 published a draft guideline for arbitration commission registration management to solicit public opinions.

The draft guideline proposes to enumerate the circumstances in which the arbitration commission should not be registered, clarify the registration procedures for arbitration commissions' branch offices, and detail the provisions on cancellation of arbitration commissions.

Organizations and individuals can submit their opinions on the draft revisions online before Oct 11.
