MOJ releases third group of typical cases on legal support for work resumption

The Ministry of Justice has released the third group of typical cases on providing legal services for enterprises' work and production resumption in response to the central government's call for striking a balance between epidemic control and economic development.

The cases touch on a variety of issues including rights protection through public legal service hotlines, support for the production of agricultural materials, foreign-related intellectual property disputes, notarization of documents of creditors' rights, default on wage payment to migrant workers, labor disputes as well as commercial arbitration and mediation.

In releasing the cases, the ministry expects judicial administrators and public legal service workers to play a greater role in providing such legal services as legal aid, notary services, judicial authentication and arbitration in order to boost the restart of work and production with the epidemic control measures remaining in place.
