For the purpose of enhancing the guiding role of precedent cases, the first volume of a collection of legal service-related judicial administration cases has recently been published by Legal Press, and is now available nationwide.
Divided into 11 chapters, the volume consists of a number of typical, instructive and authoritative cases from the database of legal service-related judicial administration cases at http://alk.12348.gov.cn/. It serves as an important outcome of the database's construction.
As an innovative work of the Ministry of Justice, the database contains various types of cases that objectively and honestly reflect the current state of China's judicial administrative work and legal services, provide much-needed data for Chinese judicial administrators, and help to make judicial administrative work more professional, standardized and science-based.
With its search function, the database also serves as a platform for the public to accrue legal knowledge and get a better understanding of China's judicial administrative system.
