MOJ to fully implement legality review mechanism for regulatory documents

The Ministry of Justice revealed its plan for this year's supervision of administrative law enforcement at a meeting on April 21. 

According to the plan, the ministry will fully implement the mechanism for reviewing the legality of regulatory documents this year. 

It will also explore the drafting of guidelines on further standardizing and managing the administrative discretionary power. 

Also centering on the supervision of administrative law enforcement, the ministry will study the construction of a coordinated supervision system, advance the drafting of a regulation on the work, formulate a document on the implementation of the newly-revised Administrative Penalty Law, continue to cut administrative certificates for public convenience, further integrate information technology into administrative law enforcement, and pilot a standard training system for administrative law enforcement officers nationwide.
