China’s first Civil Code textbook for children unveiled in Shenzhen

Shenzhen in South China's Guangdong province has unveiled China's first Civil Code textbook for children at kindergartens, as well as primary and middle schools. 

The book made its debut at a launch ceremony for the city's first Civil Code promotion month of this year, which was held recently. 

Adopting a teaching method and language that are comprehensible to children, the book is aimed at helping students grasp the spirit of the rule of law and that of contracts. 

It is also expected to help enhance children's belief in the rule of law and their love for the motherland.
