BEIJING — China will open its door wider to the rest of the world, Xi Jinping, general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, said on Oct 23.
"We'll be steadfast in deepening reform and opening-up across the board," Xi said when meeting the press at the Great Hall of the People.
