China's Minister of Justice He Rong met with Brazil's Federal Comptroller General Vinícius de Carvalho in Beijing on Nov 13.

He Rong briefed Carvalho on the guiding principles of the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the functions of China's Ministry of Justice (MOJ), saying that the bilateral relationship between China and Brazil has seen stable development and fruitful pragmatic cooperation in various fields since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries 50 years ago.
