Minister of Justice He Rong conducted a survey in East China's Fujian province from March 30 to 31, focusing on topics including enterprise-related administrative law enforcement, law-based governance at the grassroots level, and the development of foreign-related rule of law.

Zhou Zuyi, secretary of the Fujian Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Zhao Long, governor of Fujian, held talks with the survey team.

During their visit, the survey team was briefed on the province's comprehensive platform for judicial administration and law enforcement. They also visited the community correction center in Siming district, Xiamen city, and Xiamen University to gain a detailed understanding of relevant work. In addition, they held discussions with personnel from local legal service institutions, including the Xiamen Arbitration Commission, and visited frontline staff who work with the local judicial administrative organs involved in community correction, resettlement and assistance for former inmates, and dispute resolution.

Leading officials from relevant departments of the province and Xiamen also participated in the survey.
