Ministry of Justice holds training session on enterprise-related administrative law enforcement

The Ministry of Justice (MOJ) held a nationwide video training session on the advancement of the special campaign for regulating enterprise-related administrative law enforcement on April 28. The training was delivered by Vice-Minister of Justice Hu Weilie, who was entrusted by Minister of Justice He Rong.

Hu elaborated on the significance of the campaign, and explained the nature and status of administrative law enforcement supervision, its functions and roles, as well as the objectives, tasks, arrangements, and requirements.

In his address, Hu analyzed the current situation and outlined five key areas of focus for the campaign. He emphasized the need to enhance the sense of responsibility and mission, strengthen administrative law enforcement oversight, identify breakthroughs through precise situational analysis, focus on key actions to ensure the orderly and effective implementation of the campaign, and follow specific requirements to maintain high-quality progress.

The session adopted a problem-oriented approach, emphasizing the importance of establishing effective working mechanisms, compiling a list of key issues, addressing prominent challenges, ensuring the implementation of supervisory measures, and strengthening information reporting in a bid to effectively and thoroughly advance the campaign.

The training session was attended by over 24,000 participants, including members of the MOJ's task force for the special campaign, heads of relevant MOJ departments, heads of judicial administrative agencies at all levels and task force members from across the country.
