The Foreign-Related Legal Service Center of Central China’s Henan province has recently set up a dedicated service window for export credit insurance, further broadening its scope of foreign-related legal services. This move is aimed at helping the province's foreign trade enterprises effectively mitigate risks in international trade.

The new measure is designed to offer export credit insurance services to qualified foreign trade enterprises and help them effectively avoid trade fraud risks.

It also provides services including policy consultation, procedural guidance, and risk prevention advice, aiming to help enterprises strengthen their risk management capabilities in international operations.

As of now, the center has established 11 service windows covering nine specialized areas, such as legal consultation, international commercial arbitration, and foreign law ascertainment. It has received 23,000 visits, providing effective foreign-related legal services.

Moving forward, the center will enhance its capacity to offer targeted services, diversify its offerings and expand its reach, so as to better assist Henan enterprises in going global.
